Check-In / Check-Out Policies
 Check-In: 4:00 PM 
 Check-Out: 11:00AM

 Cancellation Policies: 
Partial Charge - First Night Stay - If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival

 LOST ITEMS: 
If you experience any issues you must notify the Front Desk staff immediately not at the time of check-out. This allows us to better serve our guests. Guests are responsible for themselves, dependents and personal possessions. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or loss of valuables of any kind.

 LATE CHECK-IN POLICY: 
After hours check-ins must call the office by 9:00PM for late check in procedure. (Fees may apply)
 
 LATE CHECK-OUTS: 
Unfortunately, due to our small property size we are unable to offer late check outs. If you do not check out by 11:00AM, you may be charged an additional night and/or fees.

 NON-SMOKING & PET POLICY: 
Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. If you smoke, burn incense, candles or if any damage is done to the room or property during your stay, you will incur a $500.00 charge. If you remove anything from the room you will be charged for those items. ADA certified service animals only are allowed on the property. Please advise the Front Desk Agent upon check-in.

 HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR EXTENDED STAYS: 
All housekeeping services have been suspended due to COVID-19 and Staff Shortages. If you need anything during your stay, please contact the front desk by dialing "0" and they will be happy to assist.

 POOL TOWELS: 
 Please only use one pool towel per guest while at the pool, and do not remove the pool towels from the pool area. Please place them in the appropriate bin in the towel caddy for housekeeping. If you remove a pool towel there will be an additional $20 charge per towel.

 LINENS: 
All Linens are to be used for in-room purposes only. We provide the Black Make-Up towel to remove make-up. There will be an additional $20 charge per linen, that was used to remove make-up, mud from vehicle, shoes or that was used down by the creek or pool. If you are going to the pool, please ask the front desk for pool towels.
