To ensure your visit to the Red Rocks is as seamless as possible, we've gathered the most important information regarding our policies, amenities, and on-site services.


BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Early Check-in: We do our best to accommodate early arrivals based on availability. Please note that an early check-in fee applies for arrivals before 2:00 PM.

  • Late Check-out: Due to the boutique size of our property, we do not offer late check-outs. This allows our team the necessary time to prepare each room for arriving guests.

  • Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving after the office has closed, please notify us in advance. Late arrivals may be subject to a fee.

  • Direct Bookings: To ensure we meet your specific needs—especially regarding rooms with modified accessibility features—certain room types are only available to be booked directly by calling our front office.


AMENITIES & SERVICES

  • Pool & Hot Tub: Our pool and hot tub facilities are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Micro-Gym: Stay active during your stay in our fitness room, featuring two Peloton bikes and adjustable dumbbell free weights.

  • Micro-Store: Located in the lobby, our small store offers snacks, drinks, and resort merchandise. Please note that the store is credit or debit card only (no cash).

  • Internet/Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the property.

  • Parking: We provide free on-site parking for all registered guests.


OFFICE HOURS & ASSISTANCE

  • Front Desk Hours: Please note that our office is not open 24 hours.

  • After-Hours Support: We have an on-call person available for urgent needs when the office is closed. For after-hours assistance, an emergency contact number is posted on the office door and on the guest room phones.


PROPERTY POLICIES

  • Accessibility: As a historic property, Sedona Cedars Resort does not have fully ADA-compliant rooms. We do have select rooms modified to better assist guests with mobility needs; however, these must be booked directly with our staff to ensure the layout meets your requirements.

  • Pet Policy: To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted. We strictly welcome only ADA service animals.

  • Smoking Policy: We are a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas.

  • Creek Access: While we are situated in a scenic area, there is no direct creek access from the resort property.


DINING & REFRESHMENTS

  • Is there breakfast or a restaurant on-site? We do not have an on-site restaurant and do not serve breakfast.

  • Morning Coffee & Tea: Complimentary fresh coffee and hot water for tea are available in the lobby every morning.

  • Local Dining: We are centrally located within easy walking distance of a wide variety of Sedona's premier restaurants and cafes. Our team is happy to provide local recommendations.
